Luanne had her cataract surgery on March 1st, and I spent that night and the next day with her, driving her to doctors' appointments in Webster. We had a lovely lunch at the Thai Restaurant there, before her appointments. The surgery seems to have been very successful, and Luanne is - thankfully - getting her sight back in her right eye. For over four months, she's been legally blind in that eye, thanks to the serious retinal tear last September, followed by two surgeries in October!
On March 4th, I said goodbye to Susan and Joan (and Daisy, of course) - very sad to see them go - we do a lot of things together. Ah well, next year will be here soon enough, I guess.
