More on the visit - I showed Rob and Helen and Wilma around Ottawa - we went to the Byward Market, Hogsback, the Parliament Buildings, Mer Bleu, etc. Not sure how good a tour guide I was - funny how hard it is to think of things to show people in the city where you live!
