Tuesday was Coffee and Conversation Day at the Comox Golf Course - always a great opportunity for friendly conversation and an update on local events. Sometimes, we even solve the problems of the world! This week, we got to watch a deer munching on the fairway - and the group presented me with a Citizenship Award, marking my recently becoming a resident of BC!
Friday was, once again, the Newcomers' Club walk - this time starting and ending near Point Holmes, through some streets and some forest.
