Finally explored the bird sanctuary just down the road from the park.  I pass it every single time I go into town and back, but I'm usually in someone else's car, so don't have ab opportunity to stop and explore - and it's just a bit too far for me to walk.  Today, though, I drove there and spent an hour or so walking the paths - what a lovely, peaceful place!
