New Brunswick:  We left Quebec City and drove to Campbellton, New Brunswick - only to discover that the free parking spot we had researched was no longer free for overnight parking!  Thanks to the opening of an rv park close by, the city decided to ban overnight parking in the spot we went to - and this took place about two weeks before we arrived! The area beside the water, for this particular weekend, was being used for a Bluegrass festival - and rvs were charged for parking in this area.  So .. .  we paid $50 for four nights - not a bad deal - and we also got to go to the Bluegrass Festival. Actually, I didn't go - but Helen and Rob did. We drove to Perce Rock, which was awesome, had dinner in a great restaurant that I went to with Pat years ago - and Rob fixed my generator here. too!  He spent hours working on it - it was amazing - and now I have a working generator, which will make boondocking a real possibility!!
