After a lot of searching, I finally found a church which had a morning service. Most of the churches were either meeting with other churches - in Norris Point, mainly, or were having evening services. We all attended the Rocky Harbour Community Church - Helen says it was just like the church she grew up in! Praise band and a sermon - lots of songs up on a screen.
In the afternoon, we went to the Visitors' Centre for the live presentation of an alien discovering info about Gros Morne - very fun time and lots of interesting information, too.
