February and plants are starting to pop up - incredible! Just walking down the main street in Comox, one sees flowers starting up in the flower boxes along the sidewalk!

I'm fascinated by this cool trivet/doilie thing Barb has on her table. Might try to emulate it some day . . .

This is the purse I want to crochet for myself!  Elaine showed me this photo in knitting group - no pattern, but it should be easy enough to figure out.
