Although Ken's birthday is actually the 13th, we celebrated it today - Barb had a big dinner and invited two of Ken's friends, Ecenith and . . . what's her name?
Both lovely people - we had a great time and played a game Ecenith had with cards which ask a question which you have to answer! Some hilarious, some serious answers. Barb is going to Victoria on Thursday - probably staying over Friday, visiting Ken's daughter and her family. Barb is going to try to get an appointment to see her doctor and find out if he had the results of her MRI yet. She has a blockage somewhere in the arteries of her leg, which is causing the numbness in her foot. The MRI is going to decide whether surgery can alleviate this problem or whether they will have to amputate her foot! Scary stuff!!
