Off to Whitby: got photos of the scenery along the way, but totally forgot to take pictures of the start - Jake! Can't believe it! He's such a little sweetie - talking like crazy (not always comprehensibly, but pretty determinedly)!
From Whitby, I drove to Toronto - spent a few nights in the Glen Rouge RV park, and visited Julia and Leon - yay!! Also had lunch with Phil in Goodwood , the site of the TV show "Schlitz Creek" Bought some yarn in a local shop, and the manager told us all about having to empty the store so that it could be used for one of the stores in the show!
Visited my friends, Jim and MaryLee Covil in St. Thomas - always great to see them - and their doggies!!
After St. Thomas - nine hours of driving, across a bit of Michigan, through Wawa; then another nine hour day to Dryden. Making good time here, although scooting this fast across the country is not exactly my first choice! Gotta get through the mountains before it snows, though!
